Please la, don't look down on the postman just because he's not earning as much as you do. Postmen and courier service personnel do not have the time to do all that. They do have brains and they do know that they will be the prime suspects for lost/stolen items.
The seller sent the box to TS because they had already agreed that TS will bank in the balance once TS has confirmed with the Post Office that the item has arrived.
