Hmm, previously what i have known and what i have read before, IMHO, the Panadol aka "paracetamol" is a drug that need a higher dose for its toxicity. Yes true paracetamol metabolized in the liver and excreted in the kidneys however if you take it in a "prescribed amount" it will be excreted pretty well. Certain individuals have difference tolerance in toxicity and due to the fact of easy accessibility of this drug, it is highly and widely taken. Thus its more common of getting toxicity of the liver and result in liver failure. But mind you, all drugs if you take substantial amount result in toxicity. Thus, you just have to be moderate in taking it, and it applies to all drugs and i presumably all things in life as well. So, be moderate-ly.
