What I mean is that with the force staff, VS ulti really is powerful only at lvl 3, while her gb powers at level 1 and 2 are reduced. Since there are better gankers (tinker/lina) and most heroes are better than her in a 5v5 clash, her utility should be partially reduced by force staff.
