I think u cant get this hairstyle is probably this picture had been doctored.I've tried to set my hair to this kind of style but I failed once and once..or twist and turn ur hair wif some products? just lik wad TS said.
Spend more time on styling,and use both wax and spray..or ask someone to help u out! haha
