I think you shouldn't worry so much. If your puppy is toilet trained, she wouldn't just pee inside your car, that will be a totally strange environment for her since dog needs to get comfortable to do their business. Your dog can hold bladder for a few hours, most probably she will only pee when you reached the destination. You can let her empty bladder before boarding the car. You can also stop at roadside on your way to Cameron, got plenty of rest area along the highway. If you are still worried, put a pee pad in a crate. Your dog should be crated anyway since it is not safe to let your dog move about inside a moving car.

I don't recommend supplementing dogs who are eating a good quality kibble. If you wish to have a truly superb coat you can give some Primrose or Omega oils (the Grizzly oil is supposed to be good), unless their food is fish based in which case the oils in the food should suffice. But other than that (unless you have a large breed requiring Glucosamine and Chondroitin) the food you feed should have everything your dog needs. 

As far as shampoo goes, stay away from heavily scented/perfumed shampoos and those with alcohol in and you should be fine .

do research yourself... A lot of advertiser with telephone no. You should question the breeders on the list of items you wish to know (i.e. pup bloodline, can view the parents, how is, how what and etc). A good and responsible breeder will not mind to answer all your question and normally patiently. Ask if there is a health warranty after the pup is home.
