My toto just got his first jab. What will happen after the first jab? Will he feel tired, sleepy or no appetite? I need to know the symptoms coz im scared something happen to him, but so far he is fine..

hey guys! my newborn poogles have some problems with their fur. can anyone help me?
  they're about 2weeks old now . idk if you guys can see from this pics or not. but the fur is like, stuck together and seperated like in the pics. they feel hard too, underneath looks like got some few day old scars like black black scabs but to be safe i didn't really check properly. scared that i'll injure the puppies. any idea?could it be dried saliva from the mum? all 5 of them have this problem o_o.
