heheheh...let me use watever knowledge i hv on this brand to share with you guys.. in note form ah.
in order of effectiveness (good to best) n cost (less ex to most ex)
1. Mild Professional Series shampoo + conditioner (formulated for groomers' use, gentle on the hands, pleasant scent too) I would use this on young pups coz i dun hv the puppy shampoo.
2. Mild Amino Acid Series shampoo + cond (Amino acids is the basic agent that enhances the building of biological cells and tissues repairing. A protein molecule consists of thousands of amino acids. The amino acids in the shampoo and hair conditioner is absorbed and delivered to the skin cells throughout the body while bathing. Then the cells will reconstruct the amino acids to become body tissues)
COnditioner comes in the form of Pre-Up (for fluffy fur like poodles, chow chows) & Pre-Down (straight fur like yorkies, malteses, shih tzus)
This series has some effects of SPA function.
3. SPA MUD series shampoo + cond (contains the same ultra-hypoallergenic cleansing ingredients with the same proteins as those found in the fur) Oh man...this is the best and of coz the most expensive!!! But it saves all the trouble of dematting and not needing to brush so hard. It's like humans goin for spa.
Okay, on the question of izzit a must to use conditioner. The answer is YES.
A: The shampoo and hair conditioner are not of the same PH value so to say, if the shampoo and conditioner are to be mixed together, not only they both cannot provide good results, in fact in the long-term usage, the pet's coat will face problems. The same goes for human shampoo.
SO u can see each series has its own sham + cond. If u think the pro series cond is too mild, then Mild Amino cond can be used. NEver mix shampoo brands.
If u guys have the sample packs, this is how u can use...
1. Shampoo kid thoroughly (if toy size, shud be more than enuf for whole body) for abt 5 mins
2. Rinse, squeeze out excess water, then apply conditioner. SOak for 3-5 mins.
3. Finally, rinse off conditioner till 90% clean. Dont need to wait until water on floor is clear. FOr Pet Esthe, it's ok to leave a bit of cond on fur. BUT make sure skin doesnt hv one blob of conditioner stick to it. It can cause skin allergies.
4. Blow dry n brush at the same time.
Oh another special thing, UV CARE term on the bottle means that Pet Esthe shampoos contain hair care factors that can effectively block the sun's ultraviolet rays from damaging the pet’s coat. Pet Esthe is one of the rare brands in the world that provides UV protection shampoos.
So Aure, it's possible to see results at the 1st application.

SO sorry HIki, din notice u were at PEt Esthe booth yday.
