Will Queiroz back to United for the 3rd time?
*
Good question. He was a great asst to SAF back then.

This time, I don't think that he will return to us.

well too bad then....he's a good coach (not so for a manager tho)...

and his defensive coaching is great as well

*
nod.gif on that. we were like a tough brick wall back then. 06/07 and 07/08 comes into mind.

we miss rio and vida partnership, i think?

so for the make-shift CD duo to work, either Vida take the role of the last man, or Evans improves on his stopper (his experience is still too little to become the last man, although i see him as the future last man, with Smalling become the future stopper)
*
I don't think Vida can be the lastman. He is easily smoked by players like Torres. Evans, on the other hand has the pace to chase back. And I totally agree on Smalling. I see a resemblance of Rio in him despite the fact that both of them are black. (am I a racist? tongue.gif)

Anyway, experience will come for the young lads. Playing beside Vida will surely help Evans to grow. He will learn from his mistakes. Besides, experience and mistakes are the best teacher for anything.

QUOTE(Apis_LuaLua @ Sep 20 2010, 12:50 PM)
i guess if saf still want to play his best striker, he will pick rooney, but not berba.. perhaps owen, macheda bebe, and chicharito also waiting for their chance..
*
Yup, I think so too. First of all, Rooney is not quite there, so SAF might want to play him until he rediscover his form back.

It would be amazing if both Berba and Rooney are in their best form. Defenders will shat brix!!

maybe go with a 4-3-3?

Kuszczak

Rafael-Brown-Smalling-Fabio

Gibson-Anderson-Obertan

Macheda-Rooney-Chicharito
*
We could try with this.

Have Bebe, Eikrem on the subs list.

He's never been prolific..

Added on September 20, 2010, 7:43 pmToo late now that they are one of the top teams, or are about to be one.
David De Gea is the man.. hmm.gif
*
That is the thing Wan. People expected/expect that we paid 30m for him to be prolific as Ruud was.

Even back at Tottenham, he was the linkman for both Defoe and Keane.

dont you know that steven gerrard is not a diver...he even criticized people who dives..

oh wait--
*
This is not true. This isn't a fact.

The way he falls are almost identical in most of the matches. He fell once in last weekend's game. Oh wait .. he never dives. He is a hero who got chopped down by villains. So does Torres.

Meh!

well, off with the Pool issue. let them be. they have been like that. some of them regarded Rafa as a cult hero and that says a lot.

lets discuss on scunthorpe or this weekend's match?

Scunthorpe first then Bolton, one at a time  laugh.gif

Those who need game time will probably get a start, including those who just recently return from injury.

Kuszczak
Rafael - Brown - Rio (if recover from illness) - Fabio
Obertan - Gibson - Anderson - Park
Owen - Macheda/Hernandez/Rooney (to get his confidence back?)

Put Berbatov on the bench *incase* we need him. The Rangers game or even our defeat against Leeds Utd at OT come to mind  sweat.gif
*
I would rather have Rio and Smalling at the back.

Definitely Rooney as one of the strikers and didnt SAF promised to play Owen? I rather keep Berba for UCL and BPL.

Normally i would agree but you have to consider our schedule in the upcoming fortnight.. Many tough games coming up. Is it really worth the risk?
*
IMO, no. We need him just as we need Berba these days. If he doesn't score he'll throw in some good passes and work rate. Plus, his presence instills fear into opponents.

We should start the fringe players for the league and FA cup. Clearly, our priorities are BPL and UCL.

Am not sure anyone posted this before or not.. The kid is shocking.gif alangkah bagusnya if Manutd can get him drool.gifbrows.gif

Not doubt the kid is talented. First of all, I am sure the French clubs will snap him first. Secondly, I wonder how his overall gameplay will change after joining a club. You know, tactics and so on do influence the gameplay of any player. That being said, clubs will always let the young ones to express themselves better. So, less instructions for them kids. Lastly, I just hope that he won't be challenged by some nasty players/defenders. His skills are mad but easily provoking the opposition. sweat.gif sweat.gif

I've played some footie and I've taken some nasty challenges. Heck, I aint good like this kid. tongue.gif
