Anyone going to Prague, anytime this year?

It's really expensive to stay in a single bedroom hostel in Europe. it might cost you around 40-60euro/night.
Hostel : 5 weeks = 1400 euro
Food: 3 euro for a baguette with tuna or mayo and lets say you dont eat that much, 10 euro for a day = 350 euro
Transport: lets say you get a pretty decent offer, 40 euro/ destination by train= (6 destination) 240-300 euro
Roughly RM 10,000 for 5 weeks.

did you stay in a private hostel room?

When are you going to depart? and roughly when will you reach hungary or austria?

What do you plan to eat there? baguette or fancy food?
Price for accommodations are pretty fixed unless you are living with someone else for free or couchsurfing with some people there.
I cant tell you how much you need but I will let you know the price of food so that you will roughly have an idea how much you need.. but the more the better

Baguette/pastry/bread: around 2 - 5 euro ( 5euro is really a lot for one pastry)
quick/mc donald: around 6-8 euro
à volonte (buffet): around 10-20 euro (chinese-italian)
