Hello guys. I'm getting blisters on my heel after playing with football boots. What is the main cause of it? And how to prevent this? Please share biggrin.gif

Haha there's an old saying which says that you should bite the heels of the boots before it bites you wink.gif

Sometimes I do that, either that or just wear the boots in, probably your feet aren't accustomed to the boots yet.

Either shoe is too tight or the shoe hasnt been run-in yet. :\

try using thicker socks. sometimes your feet type also plays a factor. just play for a few more times more see whether the shoe become accustomed to your feet. smile.gif
