/cast tidal force
/cast nature's swiftness
/cast healing wave

That is the only macro i use for my resto shaman.

Stack int until you have enough mana to last through the encounter and maximize return from Mana Tide, then go for mp5, SP, haste, crit.

As for healing rotation, I don't have a rotation.

Just keep earth shield up on the tank, then Riptide all the time to keep Tidal Wave and keep Riptide HOT rolling.
