Yep... that's the java script problems that I mentioned earlier with firefox. Ok with IE. Now using IE for online banking.
Don't have time to sort out the root cause yet |

CIMBClicks is ridiculous!!
Been using it to pay my car HP. Set to pay on every month 27th. Amount deducted right on time (27th) but the money God knows where it goes. Never reach my hire purchase finance in time! Arrive on every 3rd or 4th of the following month! And guess who's my hire purchase finance? IT'S CIMB FINANCE! (Last time used to be BCB finance but i think finance and bank have merged) When I called up the hotline for inquiry. The telephonist said it's the STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE to take around 4-5 days for the transaction to be effective. WHAT???! This was the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard about internet banking. Anyone with the same experience? Mind sharing? |
