Haha, share a story here.. I'm using maybank2u since 1 month ago...
Everything works fine, one day, can't login using my username/password... decided to call the number on the screen...
And out of all things, the number that I called didn't offer any options for me to enquire/reset my username/password...And they didn't even offer and option for me to talk to their customer service personnel...
So why on earth in the first place you put a number there and said (Please call this xxx if you forget your password...) ...
I'm like HSBC UK online banking... very good in term of interface and very user friendly... safer...

... forgot the damn password... now ok already.Btw im using BCB channel-e and maybank2u only...... overall for me, i think maybank2u is more better than channel-e.
