I have a question. I just got my first maybank card. I remember filling in a 6 digit code when opening the account. I thought this also was my pin code to use the atm, but apparently it isn't.

Does Maybank use a standard first time pin code? Anyone knows the number? Tried 000000 but that didn't work either smile.gif

Maybank2U - Works just fine and is probably the best. But one BIG problem though, the transaction page is stupid. It only display the transaction, the amount and the date. There's exact time, the name or remark displayed. So, it's frustrating when you were to use it for online business. sad.gif

CIMBClicks - Transactions page is much better than Maybank2U. But it somehow feels less safe than M2U. No idea why, a feeling I guess.

Not really good experience with Public Bank and HSBC online banking. Still lacks behind M2U a lot. tongue.gif

Its useful for both parties especially the receiving one is to request for the statement. At least its accurate and the remark is handy in case you've someone you're referring to or just to highlight the purpose of the transaction.

If you're still irked at it, then you can just edit the details you don't want shown.

Unfortunately, it's not shown in Maybank2U transaction page unlike CIMB Clicks. blush.gif

Mind stating on the bold part?

I've used M2U often and the exact time, remark and recipients are shown after each transaction.

Huh? Where are you clicking? I normally click Today's transaction or Transaction history, no time, no name and no remark shown for as long as I can remember. Will let you know what I see when M2U is back up. Normally for Giro transaction, I just see "SVC Giro..."

Ohh... what I meant is not after each transaction "you" made. That can be checked under M2U history.

What I meant is when "others" bank in to you, using M2U. You can check this under "Today's transaction" or Transaction history".

For this, there's no remark shown (if any), no time, and no name, even when then person who bank in put in remark, it's not shown. Only below:

19-Oct-2012  FUND TRANSFER TO A/C   RMxx.00

I see, they're too brief. And they don't store your history for too long(3 months).

Yeah, that's why this part, cimb clicks is much better. They show the exact time, the remark and the name of the person who banked in.
