For savings: Maybank2U, Public Bank, Alliance Bank, Standard Chartered.
For credit cards: HSBC, Citibank.

Public Bank online sucks. Everything have to go to the physical branch. Link account, link CC, FD placement, etc. I once asked them how to link my FD to my online account so I can see the balance. Was told to go to the branch to fill up form. So I did. After few days, the FD was visible online. Then PB called to say actually they made a mistake and FD cannot be linked that way, so asked me to go back to branch to fill another form to cancel the first form. WTF!!

if you're celcom prepaid user.. and want to buy prepaid recharge through internet banking, don't choose Public Bank. They don't provide celcom prepaid recharge.

Guys, There's some question i need to ask. Sorry im currently not in Malaysia now but i would like to know something regarding online banking in malaysia.

For example cimbclicks or maybank2u.
1. Can i transfer money to to account under other banks? IF yes how much they charge per transaction?
2. Is the transaction instant?
3. How much monthly fee i need to pay?
Sorry that i didnt go through the whole thread.

Thanks in advance.

1. Maybank2u is charging RM 2 per transaction while CIMB clicks is charging RM 0.50 per transaction.

2. It depends on the time of your transaction.
If you transfer on Monday - Friday before 12 noon, the recipient will receive on the same day.
If after 12 noon, the recipient will only receive it on next working day.
If you transfer on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, then the recipient will have to wait till next working day to receive the fund.

3. You don't need to pay monthly fee for interbank transaction.
