I think I'll pass. I'll rather wait for Intel Ivy Bridge.
BTW I really wanted to see AMD Bulldozer fares against Intel Sandy Bridge/Ivy Bridge.

What color is the CPU socket?
If it is black, then it supports BD. wink.gif

will trinity fit on AM3+ socket? or the FM1 socket? or is it still not confirmed?

AFAIK from what I've read on the Internet it seems like it requires a brand new socket.

AMD price cut and new lineup... er.. i mean old chip with new lineup.. tongue.gif
here
wonder the price cut will affect malaysia or not within these few weeks? hmm.gif feels like grabbing a fx8320 to try OC..

hmm.gif Looks like AMD releases two new FX chips:
http://www.techpowerup.com/204417/amd-read...processors.html

The FX-8320E and the FX-8370E is interesting, since it's a 95W TDP chip, as opposed to the 125W TDP on the regular FX 8 core CPU... hmm.gif
Which is a good thing, consider most budget boards are not capable to handle 125W TDP CPUs without having the VRM to throttle the CPU.

If they price them right, and performs just as well as the FX-8320/8350 in single and multithreaded applications, then it earns my recommendation. tongue.gif

Now if AMD does the same to their FX-4300/6300.... hmm.gif
