hehe, most games use 2 cores,
so 6 cores can be used to run the folding@home client.
but there are still games can utilize 4 cores.

i m running the client on all cores.
cpu temperature around 51'c.
not as hot as prime95.

yea, like bro 1024kbps say,
the 8 cores cpu is 32nm part.
altough 8 cores are running,
but still less heat.

The Llano temperature is ok wor.. i got 1 A8 OC now temperature 40to 44 plus idle only.. using stock cooler.. can change 3rd party cooler anytime to make it cooler ma..

That AMD Ram 2G was 1,570 Yen / RM60 per stick.....I walk all Akiba so far only one shop got take this ram. =.=ll  Took me quite sometime to found it.

The shop name was ドスパラパーツ館 [ Dosupara house ]

West side of Akihabara Station. 150M away.  The shop name are blue logo.

For reviews don't expect it to be outstanding, it's just value RAM after all.

kingkingyyk,if use Asus M5A88-V EVO got compatible problem with FX series processor? Cause its 880G/SB850 chipset &  Integrated ATI Radeon™ HD 4250 GPU performance will increase if use FX series processor? Cause AMD FX Series CPU on this motherboard supports up to DDR3 1866MHz as its standard memory frequency. Thank You 1st.

its 12core vs 6 core, sure bulldozer got advantage if the program can work on multiple core, really worried about Bulldozer IPC 

3 bulldozer core takes 60-75% cpu usage for running dirt 3 (fps unknown),have lots of resources to use, but too bad that hardly to see games that utilized more than 3 core 

Smoother Framerates i assume? Looks like Dirt3 scale quite well.
Less core for gaming = Higher CPU usage = higher possibility of lagging or sudden drop in FPS, imho.

i wanna ask all of amd cpu owners, how fast or does AMD's cpu price drop in Malaysia (not after 2~3 years or for used cpus)?
