AMD will release Black Edition APUs in Q4, A8-3870 and A6-3670. The stock clock speed of them is higher than A8-3850 and A6-3670 by 200MHz respectively, that is 3.1GHz, 2.8GHz.
Benchmark of A8-3870 Black Edition.
In the testing, A8-3870 was oced to 3.6GHz-4.2GHz, voltage was adjusted to 1.600-1.728v (Value from CPU-Z). The RAM, 4GB DDR3, was oc-ed to 2400-2500MHz.
With a good cooler and mobo, and decent BIOS setting, 5GHz A8-3870 on air cooling is not a problem.

Bus speed iwas same, but the multiplier was adjusted to 42x. Clock speed was simply reached 4.2GHz. CPU-Z showed 1.600v, but the K10stat (special tool for checking status of K10 architecture processor) showed 1.3375V. At that time, the processor used 9.406 seconds to finish Prime 32M (DDR3-1600MHz), while A8-3850 stock clock requires 14.5 seconds.
