Would you guys buy the media player that comes with:-

1. swappable twin slot with either BD ROM or HDD (configure to either 1 BD ROM + 1 HDD or 2 internal HDD)
2. Realtek 1283+
3. Can bitstream DTS-HD & TrueHD
4. Can play bd.iso but with simple menu only
5. Can play RMVB and most other format
6. Can play most of the audio format incl. APE, FLAC
7. With PVR function
8. Optional DVB-T tuner
9. The BD ROM CANNOT play ORI BD but works fine with DVD/CD
10. Can record BD directly to the HDD
11. Price around RM800 (with BD ROM)

Yup. That bugs me too, why BDROm can't play ORI BD but works fine with DVD/CD? Does it mean this BDROM can only play pirated BD? or no BD at al?

what if take away the BD ROM and for 2 internal HDD for RM680?

2 internal HDDs included, or 2 internal HDD bays, for RM680? A lot of difference U know.

Added on August 25, 2010, 3:13 pmRealtek 1283+ was never designed to playback commercial BDs, as it is not AACS compliant. Hence it will never be able to playback ori BDs, just those that already have their AACS decrypted.

no problem, it's a normal BD ROM....actually it's very cheap if u want to get the BD ROM this way
