From my understanding, the upcoming service apartment by Ho Hup and Malton will be categorized under the commercial title. This indicates the utilities rate (electricity and water) will follow the commercial rate as well. I would like to ask the bros and sifus here about the higher rate commanded by commercial titled apartments.

I wouldn't read too much into rumours claiming most REVO units have been sold. It could be fanned by sales agents trying to stir up your innate kiasuness to sell you properties and claim their share of cold hard commission mada****!
