i think as per current stage we dont actually need another highrise service apartment, we have tons on running now. If they are sincere on developing that area, start develop some commercial lots 1st !! don't be a greedy ******* !

with such a big chunk of land at a prime area, im not talking about 2~4 acre of shoplots ! how bout reserve part of it for jusco/tesco/Mall&etc, and definitely upgrading the traffic link is a must during progress.

Anyhow i don't see adding another residential tower would be any good as of current.

Road Jam is always a headache for residential, see how Puchong is today without Setiawalk already jam like no one business. But still ppls rushing to stay there.
