Do you survey the land before? It is high at the left side, slightly going down to the right side which will be occupied by the Mall, if this is final plan, then facing inner is a better choice. For Ho Hup also facing the same issue as there was left over units for those facing the main road (Puchong-Bkt Jalil), elevated land is not really a good choice even facing main road.
BTW, try to secure an unit 1st if you can.
