My Fren has just purchased The Link 5-Storey at 4.2 mil. There is no doubt that Jalil City shoplot will perform much better than The Link, but 6.0 mil is really tough to swallow.

Thus some millionaires can't even buy 2-3 commercial shoplots nowadays, another 15-20 yrs, our commetcial property price will catch up HK current price tag already

Do you survey the land before? It is high at the left side, slightly going down to the right side which will be occupied by the Mall, if this is final plan, then facing inner is a better choice. For Ho Hup also facing the same issue as there was left over units for those facing the main road (Puchong-Bkt Jalil), elevated land is not really a good choice even facing main road.
BTW, try to secure an unit 1st if you can.

That is the same layout shown on Monday. Whether Pav2 ong or not, that will the billion dollar question. What is obvious is that the catchment area of South KL will make Pav2 attractive. The only thing is that Pav1 attracts tourist also, how to get rich Arabs to shop in BJ?
