First Phase would be office tower and shop-office. AEON Jusco not so fast i think.

Interested to noe more of the shop office.

OG Heights. By WCT Land. Browse pages back for the link bro. I using iphone, lazy to find it leh.

It was just opposite KR2, KR1 and separated by the Kesas Highway. A mixed development of 50 acres land. Would launch at 2014.

Mid Valley ... Already very established ...

The people can come shopping every hour even in weekday working hour. Car parks forever not enough except after 5pm weekday. Very rare can see a less crowd Mid Valley ....

Depends on when they launch lo ...

IMHO, Malton's product would not cheaper than HH ... Btw, do HH got any track record building highrise? But HH product seems ... hmm, not welcome able ...

Malton, not sure either, never hear much people praise it's products good buy or good quality ...

Dunno the shop-office can do able or not, but must be very very expensive ....

If 50% then most likely.

Da Men develope by Equine. Malton just JV only.
SPA not even sign yet and construction less than 20%....
