Properties title name as SOHO mean SMALL OFFICE HOME OFFICE and once it was entitled COMMERCIAL LAND in HDA( housing development act ) developer have to build 1 sqm of green area for each unit , parking some amount to Bank Negara for get the HDA account, etc term and condition to get in the shoes of HDA.

For those who's still in loan processing for Aurora SOVO pending approve of Alliance Bank may need another 3 weeks for extra quota from bank.

to be inform that developer site no more unit left. for those recently are agent units which selling Rm 850psf and rebate 5% on stage 2 (f)

by the way all dai gor and professional in Bukit Jalil if i said anything wrong or anything make you not comfort please said so ya smile.gif

Malton development in bukit jalil will be name as " Bukit Jalil City Mall" not " Pavilion Bukit Jalil" due same as why one utama only can call new wing & old wing not 2 utama smile.gif
