Do you know that those buyers that paid the 10% downpayment i.e min 320k per shop are still stuck with HH for the past 1 1/2 years. 320k man no joke.....

But the potential is damn good. Very high chance that this jalil city will be very WONG with the backing of high income population in this area. 

Taiko UFO- any updated news on JJ @bukit jalil? Is it at Jalil city or at the LRT station near bukit OUG....

I dunno how much Malton hv offered those ex-directors, obviously the agreement was not signed under a fair tems...the case may drag longer if M wants to be rogue yawn.gif

Malton lost in the trial, appeal win
HH is in the driving seat now, Malton is trying to regain back her position in this mega project hoping to reclaim as much benefits as she can. Malton is a good developer, both shd work together to make this project a great success (talk easy but not easy to compromise).
If M insist to drag the lawsuit, it will surely jeopardize the interest of H, those parties who hv vested theirs' interest via acquiring HH shareholdings will not let their fund unproductive...
IMO, It is a mature time to launch Jalil City smile.gif

I believe majority of those purchasers who bought the recent new projects in Bkt Jalil are unaware of this mega project, some are buying for own stay, I believe many are investors who are looking for short term gain or rental play. Existing condos in BJ is bout 4500 units, new supply (including Parklane) in coming 4 yrs will hv 8000 units pouring into the mkt, the sign of over supply has emerged as I dun see there are increase of quality tenants in BJ.
if Jalil City never built, then around 12K units of condos in BJ vicinity, it is already a "great danger".
If Jalil City successfully runs, then another estimated 1500 - 2500 service apts wil be supplying to the mkt, it is not a good sign either.
Nevertheless, I foresee a huge jump of population in BJ by 2015, shop play is definitely a safer bet smile.gif
