Hmm, bro, have you check out the Pv2 master plan and proposed accessibility?

IMHO, of coz a mall have a lot of uncertainty, be it going to complete or even there is a little surface of the mall which is yet to build.

BJ is indeed a good location and near to KL City. I have no idea what you mean easy to go out but not easy to go in?

It is very easy to go in through Kesas Highway, Sg. Besi highway which linked to few further links, LDP via Bkt Jalil highway and MEX highway.

For me, although MK is a prime address, it is not justify MV is better bcz it is nearer to MK. MV is very good indeed of it's prime location at the central of KV, accessible htur many locations and part of the importance is the management doing well to manage the mall.

I saw the key of management by the Malton and it was much proven from Pavilion KL which is one of the landmark for our country.

It is obviously that both Sunway & Mid Valley are heavily rely on Southern mkt, East, North and West hv strong competitors to MV, IGB clearly aware of it

From the moment Desmond Lim held a special press conference for the Mall alone, I know MV will hv affected once those southern malls are up.
Desmond was initially planned to build a size which is similar to Pavillion KL (1.0 mil sf), but he changed to plan to double the Mall to 2.1 mil and he make special announcement to it, question :-
1. Is Desmond is stupid businessman? Build a mall for charity?
2. What drives him to double the size of the Mall? IMO it is the underlying mkt catchment & purchasing power
3. To build a Mall, a detailed mkt research and feasible study need to be carried out by professional body, will Malton forget this step?
4. The Mall will be wholly owned by Malton, will Malton simple design the tenant mix? The row of shoplots facing the Mall is reserved for own use
5. Will the new Mall facade ugly? Worse than MV?

It is the bi question for WCT to think how to design their Paradigm OUG now, headache for sure

Aiya. The dev mentioned they will build a "Pavilion 2" in Bkt Jalil City, means they want to build something with such or similar of managing a mall, office towers and service apartments.

It cannot be assume exactly follow the same size, same number of floors, same master plan ans exactly the same anchor tenants like Gucci being next to Prada ( corners ), etc.

It was also being cited as 1 or 1/2 level below the class of Pavilion KL.

For me, I has no issue at all for the name being called as long as develop and manage by a same developer who name it.

I thought I overheard that some banks finally willing to finance EF to HH after the proposal of the financial and lower risk speculative?

I believe aftee current phase, 1 or 2 more banks would follow the footsteps of the banks made a move and eat some first.

I hv seen the artist drawing of Pavillion BJ, it is the most futuristic mall I ever seen in M'sia.

In terms of total land area, Jalil city whole development is about 3.5X of Malton entire PBD development, with expected 8 Bil GDV (BJ) vs 2/3 Bil GDV (PBD)
