Only the 20unit semi-d beside the fencing wall stucked only , phase 1 to phase 6 hand on time , and also the phase 7 , 12unit semi-d .

With PAV 2 mall and price/psf within rm1000psf, it is acceptable.

Spoke to SA, Hohup will be launching its serviced apartment early next year prior to Malton. Let's say a studio size 600sf x RM750psf*= RM450k....
Just need to get ready some bullets if want to play.....

I still remember that Hohup's 2sty shop-office (BUA 3.6k, LA 24'x75', intermediate) near Jalil Sutera sold RM498k niah.....!

I would say the same that indicative at 750psf if I'm from Malton, if I tell u 900 everyone will go and bbb hh now. If Tower A SOVO is for HH to test the market n the response is good.... Don't expect low Psf for serviced apt.....too greedy now!

The latest info is for the serviced apartments, from RM600k and above, size from 750sf, so it translates to about RM800 psf. Lauching in Q12015. Now open for registration

Just Being told that Aurora Sovo is fully sold out, and there will be another two blocks of building on top of Aurora Place, one block will be Wisma Ho Hup and there other block is wisma MBM (an automotive company). Ho Hup will be launching a service apartment across the road from aurora sovo, the service apartment buildings are designed to be 50 stories height !!!
