If we are taking into consideration of all projects within Jalil/OUG/Kinrara vicinity with full occupancy, achieving 100k population isnt that difficult, human traffic flow is achieved, which is good for banks and commercials there.
PLus with banks around its always a major catalyst one la.

obviously it isnt called pavillion 2 (pv2 will be in pbd) but bukit jalil city...its going to be a mall that be managed by them but yet not being called pavillion..

other developers, likely banking on its name to promote the sell of their properties.
well personally, i dont see a big problem with it..
name doesnt matter tht much..rather its who managed it.

i would think that both developer definitely build it at a profit to their company
differences would be is that hohup reliability and also potential arent as great as malton (one an ex pn17 company and one the highly reputable pavillion dev) hence the cheaper of price

i wont be surprised if the service residence will have a high takeup despite being priced at high psf
mentality of young working adults now have greatly shifted to mainly high rise style of residences rather than a landed (consideration of security, facilities and availability)
plus the fact of given potential of 2 shopping complexes within vicinity improved connectivity via kidex and skip in the future.
a growing mature township where u actually get almost everything in the vicinity to start a family..
malton service residence is next to their mall and a park...a wow factor imho

so yeah let us watch the drama unfold..
any idea of the pricing?
