yup hop hup devlopment may turn jialat even at the hot spot... due to workmanship or others negative issues.

if i not wrong. malton want to telan the whole land including the land now ho hup developing it...
that will be perfect for malton. but fail in court case.

malton bought land at hot spot area pusat bandar damansara. lion group also at same hot spot location still do sh*t.
so ho hup still got chansi to do sh*t even at the hot spot.

now malton started sapu land at OKR near UOA southbank. malton back to their home ground OKR. origin place of their gangster family root.

Lol... Malton very like salted fish back alive. Pavilion not doing well from the start also. Before pavilion they are way below par than akisama. Okr folks have many story about Malton family. They From okr also.

Pavilion kl mall have the best carpark parking design. N spacious. Parking space. Mall also better grander than ytl. Better natural sunlight also.

yes. they are one of the branch under 1 of the biggest gangster group in malaysia called "se long".
many younger generation may not know this group.
even some politician and tycoon also related to this under ground group. it's very good for networking.
macam hongkong movie big gangster group called "hongheng".

the 1 they crack down those gangster group is kuchirat.
"se long" group is totally different level. most of their business already switch to legitimate side.

maybe most of you dunno.. the whole pavilion kl mall is also protected by a group of gangster which also under their family. they paid them roughly 300k+ per year to takecare the whole pavilion mall situation. bangala security guard and bouncer just not enough to takecare the mall.

those gangsters are way effective than u tot... 300k is not just pay for nothing.
everything boakaliao on security side. they prevent any wind blow and sh*t about to happen.
they will stop it before it go worst. they also need to fully settle and solved out the problems.
and they work as undercover within the mall.

if very depend on police.. sometimes also too late... when police start to take over.
things mostly happen liao. or sudah happen... innocence life gone liao... baru start investigate.

especially big mall have many blind spots. good for doing crime.
this is not something new. even small mall can happen.
still remember the bsc mall case, big mall curve ikano cases...etc
