It is coming in an aggressive way , I will say 2014/2015 will be Bkt Jalil year, a diamond rated project

3-S - 2.7 mil
4-S - 3.44 mil
5-S - 4.9 mil - 5.6 mil

Jalil City - Malton - total 112 unit (26 units reserved by Malton, not for sale)
3-S - 4.185 mil
5-S - 8 mil
5-S - corner - 13.3 mil

Good commercial units are like that. Those advertised one u know what happen lo....

as usual bj landed n commercial do not need to advertise to sell. Of coz unless overpriced kau kau

do u think aurora better or M one better? Aurora is visible from existing road, lesser unit with 3 office towers on top.

M one got road access n look more like traditional shop. Closer to mall. Classy design.

Aurora place has been raised up to match the ground "height" of Malton Jalil City (Mall), due to tis, the 5-S shoplot (facing low cost) known to be the best row is facing a great risk of having multiple car parks beneath it, very weird looking now
My pick for overall best location :-
1. Malton row facing Mall
2. Malton 2nd & 3rd row
3. Ho Hup 4-S facing Mall
4. Malton 4th row facing Park Residence
5. Ho Hup 3-S
6. Ho Hup 5-S facing flat
7. Ho Hup 5-S facing main road

In terms of best investment (ROI)
1. Malton row facing Mall (not for sale, rental possible the highest of all)
2. Ho Hup 4-S facing Mall
3. Malton 2nd & 3rd row
4. Ho Hup 5-S facing flat
4. Malton 4th row facing Park Residence
4. Ho Hup 3-S
5. Ho Hup 5-S facing main road

For ROI consideration, the ease of renting the 1st-4th floor shd be well studied and monitored
