Aiyo...dun so sad la...I also heard many of my friends pat toh....still, dun think of it too much...Im more depressed over my career.

Yes, but takan I stuck with after 1 year where to head? Ive already summarize my possibilities and where to go if it fails.

Option 1: Stay 1 year, see if they really start 2 value what was given within this 5 month, if not, go to option 2

Option 2: Stay 1 year, ask for inter transfer to S&M department while killing off my last 5 months here,if fail, option 3

Option 3: Fail, take bonus, screw you. Im gone for good. But, then the question is, mongoose edi failed, so, my next option either in GDS International or DiGi. =( GDS for events/sales department, DiGi for Customer Service or Marketing department.

Since their requirement very high, im being realistic lor. start from scratch. Unless got the luck or backdoor help to get me into better depo. =C I've thought about all these, its like playing chess with career. Thats my 3 options which will last me for 5 months. I havent unveil my yearly planning yet.

Tht's why, 1 year lor. I dun plan to push 2 years in this company. Unless they start doing cross exposures.

True....but until taking advantage of degree holders is something i dun expect. Honestly, 1.4k not easy to survive.

Not really over staff, but they changed their shifting structures, which I was thinking why didnt they do it before? I did management in man power, and I don't see the problem. Imagine instead of 8 hours, they already biasa work 10 hours or more, so you put 12 hours duty on them, you can cut out 2 shifts, cut 2 shifts, place them in the other shifts where they can cover up the ones who are standing alone. Then, if you cut 2 shifts, its equivilant to 1 day work, so...there you go...voila! 2 days off, the ones who are working can still cover the lack of manpower ma....hoteliers are used to it...its just tiring sometimes, bt yea...=)

lol....a front office assistant who does not even have 1 year experience in hotel teaching the management about manpower planning? They'll be offended. It depends on occupancy and many other factors. U need 1 year to evaluate things for a new forecast. I did this cuz I already see the turnover rate of my hotel, the occupancy rate, and many other factors. Even last time when I did the manpower planning, it was based on 60-80% occupancy rate during studies.

lol...i wish....hotels can never go up 2 2 months...max also 1 month. If ure talking OnG or maybe IT line, yes

Yea....not easy. I keep telling him I really need it back. He keeps giving me this sentence that annoys me. "bro, sorry to keep delaying. I got no money with me la bro, I will definitely pay you back next month. Sorry to keep burdening you bro." Burdening to the max. Im earning much lesser thn him. He's like getting 1.8k-2k, im getting 1.4 clean. I can still survive, just tht now different matter, car batt died, phone barred, so have to give in. zzzz

Even paying RM50 he say cnt. Not to even mention, he downsized the loan i gave him to RM370. I lazy to fight even.
