I heard Camera ZOOM FX was better but it's a paid app. Correct me if I'm wrong, I think both also doesn't have manual focus option. Not really sure about this 2 app in detail, but the FCam is an API for easy and precise control of digital cameras, so developers can make use of this API and build apps. As such, the default provided is FCam software which comes with several features, such as various exposure settings, manual focus, touch focus, etc.

The FCam app itself in auto mode takes great pictures, almost as if it's edited by a pro; The N900 camera is so-so only, but this FCam brings it to a total different level... I wonder what it can do to others with better camera specs.

There's 2 sample/beta app which uses the FCam API, such as, HDR app, which let's you take HDR shots, (e.g. auto combine 3 shots of different exposure), and also LowLight app, which combines 2 picture to get a less noisy and sharp picture.

Thats because u throw everything there even stuff u do not use haha. Like tat give u 500GB also dont enough

Thats the shocking part 5megapixel VS 12megapixel. It shows software play an important role too.
