this could be the steering arm bushing worn out... just replaced mine few weeks back...

proton SC sometimes didnt replace... mine was "improved" by putting on a short strip of timing belt on the bushing itself... the ppl at my tyre place said its common for proton SC to do that... i replaced the rubber with polyurethane material... under hundred if not mistaken... the workmanship will be abit costly due to the location...

under rm100 material onli... OEM is rubber... polyurethane for sure will last longer... one way to see whether the bushing is worn out is to check by completely turn one side then to the other side... have a fren help u to turn the steering... if u see the clamp of the bushing sliding as the steering is turning, means the bushing has worn out...

done before... last time once a month... now 2 or 3 month once...

bad weekend... yesterday had to change front driver side tyre valve coz it was leaking... today same tyre kene screw... seems like bad luck after changing to pirelli... when on michelin nothing like this every happens...

problem also depend on ur luck... i think so far new gen2 cps owner has fewer complaints...

so far washed my car at my usual car wash they will cover the engine and any open electrical point with huge plastic cover before start to wash... no problem at all...

nope... was planning for it.... nak ngan tak nak same byk...

maybe can try change lub oil or different type of fuel... slightly higher tyre pressure maybe can help improve FC sacrifice abit on comfort... change tyre also can help...

my sc wanna bring all ur parts also can... did that once... i brought engine oil, oil filter, spark plugs... wanted to bring in brake fluid and brake pad, but item haven't arrive yet...

i like my sc coz can leave my car there then they send me to work...

@triplej : if u r looking for quite tyres, i recommend michelin primacy lc... can last quite awhile... on highway da tyre damn quite... rm4++ a piece for ur size... u check it out at michelin shop at jalan betik kota masai...

triplej : ahahahaha... yups da first time ask when planning to change to 16" rims, shocked until speechless... can try new bridgestone turanza gr-90... its more aimed for comfort...
