Depend on driver preference..like me, im using eneos sm 5-30w. Pretty good for me..engine feel lighter & smoother all over rpm.

IMO, better invest good engine oil to protect the engine for long run..

I see..tomorow go to acessory shop ask can or not.

What i afraid the yellow tinted will melted coz cannot stand the heat from bulb.

Normal as in mineral is the one that's coming from Petroleum source (correct me if wrong)... under normal usage, will last as long as 5000km or 3 months. Usually what i've seen comes in 20W-50 and 10W-30 grades.

Semi-Synthetic is the blend of mineral and synthetic... Usually will last as long as 7500km-8000km under normal usage as per claimed by most retailer... though my mech do not dare to say it's true and ask us to stick with 5000km or 3 months. So, far what I've observed from my Shell Helix HX7 10W-40, 5000km is the limit as my engine will start to feel heavy at this point... So I dare not to exceed 5000km on our CPS even with semi-synthetic oils. comes in variety of grades; 10W-30, 10W-40, 15W-50 etc...

Fully Synthetic oils is totally synthetic, meaning it's created from other sources and artificially made. Mostly will last 10000km... If you use fully synthetic, you can totally follow the service book of 10000km or 6 months interval. synthetic oils last longer coz it's made to be resistant to changes in extreme condition unlike mineral oils which lubricants properties can change in extreme conditions.

which one is better for our CPS??? I'd say go for fully synthetic if you have the money. if not, just go for semi-synthetic at 10W-30 or 10W-40. I won't recommend minerals with 20W-50 as it will have great impact on the engine's performance, though I dont know how our engine will last with 10W-30 minerals though... I wont recommend anything higher than grade 40 (15W-50, 20W-50) also...

The only drawbacks for synthetic oils, they only come with low grade (not low quality, but lower viscosity like 0W-30, 0W-40, except those Castrol Edge got one 10W-60 grades) thus as your engine becoming old there'll be leaks here and there and the oil will be able to move out of it's area and contaminate other area like getting into your combustion chamber. at this point you'll see white smoke and your engine oil will reduced from time to time that you have to topup... a thicker oil (20W-50, 15W-50) will be better for your engine.
