Front fender squeezing sound

one of my friend just got into an accident that he is on the wrong side... he tried to do a hook u-turn (from leftmost on the road and try to do uturn) and a motorcycle hit him from behind...

and the officer told him that he might be charged and might get fine up until RM4k... is there any enactment, act or some other thing that can actually fine the guilty individual up to 4K just like a normal summon paper??? of course it's not the paper that I question, but I thought such fine should be decided by court?

i think there's not but not so sure... somehow I think that officer just tried to threaten him...

hello and hii everyone....
i got my new gen-2 cps (manual) last week and so far everything is great... especially the car handling.... yeah before this, i drove a kancil... and it is a big jump i think....

the car already needs to have its first service this week lol.... been in lumut last day.... the fuel consumption shows 6.3l/100km... lol... i know that the one at the meter panel is not correct as i calculate it manually, the value is around 7l/100km to 8l/100km....

but yesterday, i found out that there is a small paint defect on my car hood.... it is about 1mm... i know that it is normal if the paint chipped caused by flying rock... but this one, the chipped is penetrating the second layer.... revealing the bare metal.... the first layer is the car color, second layer is the white layer.... so.. my question is, does proton cover this in their warranty...??? i dont want my new car get rusted after a year owning it...... lol... and i dont have any dslr camera to take a pic of the damage.....

my gen 2 is the one that has black roof n dark rims.... but silver in color (is it mc3??)... so far everything is at its best.... except the chipped paint... no time right now to go to the sc... the engine is as smooth as silk... rev happily... no prob.. and you can get 0-100km/h in 10.6s.... that's what they told me la.... ... but i think its achievable... fuel consumption so far is the same like my old 15years kancil (after using it for 1 week + went to lumut last weekend..).. around 14km/l but this one plus 4 on board passengers with things that they bought at lumut... i think if in city, it would be around 12-14km/l.... millage 1100km....

nope myvi cannot potong you after 50km/h.... ... power is between 2000rpm to 5000rpm.... and my car is manual transmission...

current supply of gen2, my salesman said silver and white.... fire red = no stock.... white color not bad.... ...

for suspension... actually this is something i cant decide yet
i like the comfort level of the stock suspension, but i wan better handling...

for those who changed to harder suspension, how much different izit (in term of comfort level)?

Bando pan belt  made in malaysia (japan factory produce) same code number with ori waja use too

total pay RM390

finish in 3 hour..   my water pump still in best condition..they said my old belting can go another 10k km but the pan belt is ready to change to new one...got minor tiny crack (normal they said) they dont hv the oil tht i want to use as normal visit my family will bring the oil and oil filter...if not ady change everything..

current mileage is 91853k km..

later probably monday change engine oil + aligment +  today SC Pandan jaya full to the max..

i got offer RM220.

From what i know, proton car dont have speed cut. They only have rev cut to protect the engine.My gen2 cps can go more than 200 kmh, my father's neo can go 220 kmh. So, no speed cut for sure..

my gen2 cps can do 160km/h at 6.5k rpm at 4th gear.. and after shifting to fifth easily reach 180kmh.. 

by rev cut meaning at 7.5k rpm is it? I rarely reved the engine to 6.5k rpm even.. only 2 3 times.. haha 

can test drive..?
