Hey guys, applied for a visa before 4 years ago, the information on the first post was still OK. But is it still up to date now?
Anyone got any advise for a student returning for postgraduate degree? What are the documents required? Like do I still need to take translated birth cert? I already did a TB test just in case though and I already have a financial statement. I thought that would be really all that's required, including CAS and academic transcripts but my friend went to MABECS today to check and they told her to bring translated birth cert and letter from parents giving consent to use of funds etc. Sounds a bit redundant if I already have a (going to expire) UK VISA in my passport though...

QUOTE(Flame Haze @ Jul 13 2015, 03:44 PM) I don't know much about PG, but this is a must for UG if you're self-sponsored. Ah, I see I see, so it is still required. Thanks! Better bring it just in case then, hope I haven't left mine in UK... This post has been edited by hahli9: Jul 13 2015, 03:50 PM

QUOTE(chungdavi @ Jul 13 2015, 09:09 PM) They need translated birth cert? Is it because of the fund is under the account of parents? Yeah, I believe it's used as proof that you are in fact your parents' child. And yeah, it needs to be translated or I think you can get a bilingual one from JPN for like RM5? That was how it was 4 years ago when I applied anyway.
