It’s illegal to bring the following foodstuffs into the UK from outside the EU, even if they are for your personal use:

- Meat
- Meat products
- Milk and dairy products
- Potatoes

From non-EU countries the following items are restricted:

- fruit and vegetables - no more than 2kg total weight combined per person
- fish, bivalves (dead) and fish/fishery products - no more than 20kg total weight

Milo and biscuits are probably classified under Milk and Dairy products. If you’re unsure whether you have illegal food products on entering the UK, declare it to Customs. If your food is deemed to be illegal, Customs will take it from you, but you won’t have committed an offence.

If you are carrying illegal food products and you get caught, you will face the penalty.

Generally, it refers to electronic funds transfer. For international transfers, it is commonly known as SWIFT transfer.
