u will have to prime it for a few hours to consider it as stable. its not just a matter of changing the bios settings and decide its stable when u can boot into windows.

yes, it does take a lot of time.

i have the e7400. can OC more than 4ghz, only if your cooler can handle the heat as the vcore needed is quite high. for 24/7 use, i set everything to be 3.6ghz. hope that helps.
