Dual bios is in action..
re-enter the bios overclock setting page..
if the bios failed to OC the proc..the 2nd backup bios will kick in..thus u will get all default setting

which means ur OC setup is failing..instead unable to boot at all and need to reset bios..the system will boot on the 2nd bios(at failsafe setting) giving u a chance to re-enter the bios page and re-adjust ur setting
