bro kilowatt, i think ur nb voltage can lower some more, i use 1.3v to stable at 450fsb (core2duo), but i think quad add 0.02 or 0.04 should be enough. p45 at 1.44v can achieve 6xx fsb already. and 1.4v for daily use not so healthy for ur nb too.

btw, the memset i not know so well to but i try to tell u the thing that i knew about the memset.
the timing and performance level very affect the performance of ram (lower is better)
(timing affect latency,performance level affect latency and bandwidth)
i show some example for u.

as u can c the bandwidth is lower and the latency is higher when performance level is higher.
but when u using high fsb , it is not easy to stable at lower performance level, u need a good ram first.

another option in memset i not very clear also(may b lower is better?) , need another pros to explain for u.
