do M8 has upscaling capability when its connected from external source such as DVD or VCR?

BTW, it can record pictures from VCR too, right? In what format and resolution it saves to or its configurable? Thanks

Hmm I thought as long as you can connect via a RCA to M8, one should be able to do recording.

Hence if the TV has a RCA out, should be able to do recording?

Got lah my friend, all my previous TVs and current has TV out. MY viera currently has 3 RCA IN and 1 RCA OUT

Correct that way of connection would not work. but TV out to M9 (or M8 doesnt matter right, both can record) and the record function on M9 should able to record, right, there is no need M8 out to TV in

Shouldnt that be the same way, when we out from a VCR to M9/8, Eaget should be able to record right?
