sorry we cannot help you claim. we only can claim for our Malaysia customers. there is serial number on the player, because the warranty for Malaysia users is 3 years.

you can try to email to them.

4.12 stable. 1.1.1R004 i think come with Autodownload Subtitle.

if casablaca UI, then we can enter to HDPFans Youtube.sorry i think the Eaget won't responsible for the FIrmware for IMS. i will try to check hdpfans forum got any stable firmware for M9 which can "play youtube" or not.

btw, i using Casablaca UI on my M7 and using esata cable no problem. maybe later u flash to casa UI firmware try again.
because u will lost the autodownload subtitle feature if change firmware.

I think Voole and 搜狐 Souhu no problem to watching using UNIFI. Voole movie is belong to HD version if not mistaken - few GB Size one.

Last friday already email them. will see what they can do for it.
their main market is china. not vietnam and malaysia or other country. this causes problem. Youtube can't play in China, they dont care of it.

Added on October 31, 2011, 10:27 amthey had prepare M7 and M9 September firmware which can play youtube. i will try to download from them and upload to server tomolo.

It is not vietnam version. so no have vietnam or other language. it is for china mainland, and malaysia use.

Hi,

you bought from vietnam is it ?
i dont think they will just modify it by adding one language for you. if vietnam distributor order qty of eaget certain model then you only will see the vietnanese language in that model. Malaysia firmware only mainly for Chinese and English.

Hi, if the Eaget player found not working , you can send to the seller place, so we can proceed the RMA asap.
I had found most of the forumers sent the warranty becoz failed to boot after try to flash firmware or flash wrong firmware, so try to avoid to flash firmware too frequent if the player is working well.

for some Phased out mode like X5 , the RMA process might take time. Our Technician will contact you shortly once it returned from RMA.

Sorry M9 (Realtek 1283) is totally phased out in market. no replacement.
Just becoz other countries can record their TV CHannel with DVB-T Module (Digital TV) and Malaysia Digital TV only TV1,TV2 (only at Klangvalley).
So the trend is shift to DVB-T as recording but not RCA (M9 recording), Our Malaysia still playing Analog TV @@
