Hi zhen^wei, i bought M850. past 3,4 day player seem got problem. After watch few movie then suddenly it not detect usb storage. but after restart the player can watch movie again. tonight, it cant detect storage anymore, i tried different hard disk and thumbdrive, still no luck. try reset to factory setting also not solve. any idea?

astro byond is using dvb-s2 requiring satellite dish
m9 is using dvb-T requiring fish bone UHF antenna to receive terrestrial digital TV signal

they are using different system, so m9 cannot record astro HD channel

for dvb-t, there is no way to record it in HD?

well anyway, thinking wanna get M9 (suppose to be highest model i assume)

i got few questions,

i) i need a media player which is come with Bit torrent, do i need to flash the firmware to monkey thing, or do u guys help me to update?

ii)is the remote control come with english, b'cos i can't read chinese?

iii)i read previous post saying that M9 can do DVB-T at cost of around RM50, and some of them saying that cannot?
    can u clarify this?

iv) can the M9 play video by only using external HDD?

v)My lcd screen only came with DVI and VGA port, can it connect to M9?

Im only bothered about the recording part.

My question wasnt very clear.
If I download a HD movie, and then I put in my external HDD or transfer to the Eaget m9,
how to play it on my LCD tv?
Do I need to buy special cables for it in order for my tv to play the HD file?
Or just play like normal with the normal cables?
