The best u call maxis and ask them to terminate for u.

i rmb evytime maxis wil send me a msg few days b4 they renew the caller ringtone for me, in the msg thr is also instruction on how to cancel.

erm, nope, i rmb the msg include wat to send n send to wat number to cancel. too bad i nvr subscribe to caller ringtone for vy long time

i think the cancel is to cancel the current caller ringtone and choose another new caller ringtone. Last time i called to maxis to cancel it.

i still keep my caller ring tones because i only pay RM3 for 15 ringtones month.

wah, 15 caller ringtone, how to get tat wit only rm3?

That is last time offer. Now no more di now is RM2 per ring tone.

I know its this post was 2 1/2 yrs already. I google then i found this. so no usefull info. i call maxis center. here the step to cancel.

dial *100# > 8 (content & services *200#) > 8 (music) >7 (manage crt) > 2 (delete crt) > 1 (name of song).

u need to repeat step if u got more then 1 song.

these step will change when they upgrade their system.

also can use *131# > 7 to manage CRT....

Is there anyone here are really maxis personal? i have the same issue "caller ringtone" cannot be cancel. All above solution i try beside call maxis. To cancel by dial *131# it keep on telling me "Sorry, you do not have any CRT in your playlist to delete." But everyone that call me all know i have a caller ringtone song, and a very bad song.

Hello guys, update on this topic...*200# press 2, press 5, press 1, press 4...you're done. good luck. You can check in music unlimited maxis, log in, click caller ringtones, click manage caller ringtones and you can see your annoying songs...point your pointer to renewal date and click on the dustbin...delete!! then log out for good.
