Details of the complaint :

i want to make this as simple as possible

1) seller insert ad on 19th August 2010 ( an HTC Touch Diamond 2 )

2) i agreed to buy for 650 plus postage.. cheap for an item but not for a moral lesson ( he did ask for COD but i'm at penang..duh.. )

3) i ask for identification and he gave ( i stated as he because he called me before i make the transfer ) here the detail:

         ic 810312_10_5894.
         phone number 016-3389361 but now he is using 0129726213 as same as applekim ( even give a post on that fukken thread )
         original applekim
         bank acc: robust cell networking sdn. bhd  cimb no : 12480100216520 ( under name of Chan Kee Fei )

4) i transfered the money that evening and he agreed to send it on friday 20th August 2010

5) friday morning he email me track no from pos express and on saturday guess what did i received?

look at the phone no. and item weight


what i received for rm650

6) then started some drama sh*t saying pos fault.. this and that.. but look carefully.. the picture he email me and what i got.. ( receipt )


7) on sunday i log a police report and he said he want to do the same but i just dont care

8) asked for his police report reference no but cant give it to me until now.. ( asked by inspector in charge to do so.. really nice inspector btw )

9) i then pm him and ask for refund ( as advised also by the inspector ) he agreed to refund but still delay the refund..

10) now i know he is seriously fukken and dun know if i'm gonna get my refund or not..

p/s: whoever related to this man mite pm me and we discuss on later regarding building the case up.. tq.. i just want this man being fukken jail.. 

p/s2: i spotted some advertisement by him.. psp.. ipod.. becareful guise..

        owh btw i think the police shall get his thumb print from the ram posted.. so another good lead..
