Hi guys. I wanted to dual boot xp with win7. However, when I tried to load the windows xp cd just now, halfway it showed BSOD, stated that my hardisk is corrupted and remove newly installed hard drive controllers etc. May I know what's going on? Confused.

QUOTE(lee_what2004 @ Sep 18 2010, 03:35 PM) You need either to set from AHCI to IDE in BIOS or slipstream your XP installer with AHCI driver... Hmm. How do I set that in bios? Teach me please...

Thanks lee. Changed to IDE and managed to install windows xp. Since Asus doesn't provided xp drivers for A42jv, I just used xp drivers for A42F. However, there's a problem. The wireless driver doesn't work for A42jv. Anyone can provided wireless xp driver for this lappie? Your help is much appreciated.
