any1 know why sometimes my fps in cs source drop to 50-70 then stay constant

at first i get 90-120 then after playing for few hours the fps drop lawl

if mouse lag
change to integrated graphic
if no widescreen edit it in registry

so far, thats the only problem that i found (for my laptop ah)
