my Asus A42JV comes with Kingston 1333MHz...so getting Kingston 1333MHz is more safe.

But according to my technical knowledge, grabbing any DD3 is ok.

usually same timing would be sweeter, espeically if its a paired module.
i gez i'll go get some once my budget permits.

Lowest lifeform is the 305M.  innocent.gif

And that's equal in performance with the Intel HD.
*
So kids,
Just opt for something cheaper if ur thinking of getting anything with 305M. tongue.gif

Anyway, abt A42JV running SC2 on ultra, just nid change RAM meh?
So easy ar?
I was expecting something like advance graphic settings or ovrclocking the card n cpu.
Hahaha..

As a new game, SC2 is not really that graphically advanced, so GT335M is more than enough to handle it, but then its a memory hog, takes up like 1.4gb++ to run it smoothly, so 4gb ram is a must...
*
No wonder la..
Hahaha.. I was wondering why it lags time to time, where the lag is the kind of non-graphic lag. renders everything quite well in high, but the lag kills. tongue.gif
oh well, 4gb here i come biggrin.gif

I have just updated the Nvidea driver and restarted my laptop. Now the graphic seems like a little jaggy. How to smooth them out? Where is the setting?
*
Maybe ur wallpaper nt suited for 1366x768?
If the wp mode is set to stretch, it'll stretch the resolution to fit ur screen, den u might see jagged edges to ur wp.
Try getting a high rez wp or just switch wp mode to center. hope it helps.

Just got my A42JV, followed the entire tutorial in the 1st page and my SC2 dont seems to be running on Nvidia 335m. The options keep showing graphic should be set to low and when i try force it to high settings the entire game lag like no tomorrow - -" tried manual right click>run with GPU>High-per Nvidia processor (already set to default) and doesnt work as well...GPU driver is 189.64~ hmm

btw my lappie is fresh from oven so i think i better update the gpu driver 1st...or something wrong with it?

Thanks for reading ya...
