I think the cert comes with the pipe de... Recently I also kena the knocking sound problem but after I warm up my bike it seems to be ok d, but u r recommended to send ur bike back to Hong Leong Yamaha since ur bike is still new... Btw Aaron is that recommended for stock engine to use the opened-pipe with bigger exit hole???

Adding a 'exhaust insert' and changing between different exit diameter end pipe is a little bit hard for LCian our stock pipe cannot be open at all unless u potong la Potong liao pun tak tau pi mana buy the 'exhaust insert' part for stock pipe unless u custom made XD

Carburetor is a need if u wan to gain more power 26mm should be just nice... But Chris advise not to go more than 58mm block, cuz the compression and heat produced is too high for stock head and connecting rod... So go for 58mm enuf... If not later coolant masuk engine then gg d... Kena pi hospital buat big surgery

Hehehe sound interesting Just now he just called me to lap with him XD but unfortunately i hv to prepare for this coming re-sit exam damit!!! I think the CAM is just like ur sprocket setting either u sacrifice on low-rpm to get hi-rpm power or u sacrifice hi-rpm power to get low-rpm power... Of course it will be nice if u can find a cam which gives mid-hi rpm power... BH is still in the progress of making that cam for information ask CHARGE the Tai Lou XD This post has been edited by bizzy123: Sep 2 2010, 02:11 PM

FZ block 57mm hehehehe I know it the best XD hahahahaha cannot la BH charge too high on labour fee... Wif fz block u can go pulas 99 la lol not like the aftermarket super big block, shave ur head for 0.5mm then increase the compression sui sui bo cau zhui... Fz block is good for its reliability, cuz it is made by diasil light and tough!!! hohoho maybe u can rebore ur stock block to 57mm then buy aftermarket piston lo, if u dun wan shave ur head, then use high compression piston instead... But I hv no idea whether rebore liao the block still good bo... Let only a trust-able mechanic to the job abo whole block KO...

And his bike is freaking LUAN!!! and lots of black soot Chris http://www.mudah.my/Footres+racing+135lc-7074597.htmThis post has been edited by bizzy123: Sep 2 2010, 04:14 PM

I am stil using super big sprocket that y i killed zelk Zelk use what size I hv no idea... Chongkiat selling RM370 for the block, Bee Hock sell RM440 for the block... Porting+rejet+tuning+installation another RM250, EO and Coolant belum kira lagi... If u do all stuff at BH it will cost u around RM750, if u buy block from chongkiat then u save RM70 but still RM600++ and all u gain is around 20kmh at top speed and some acceleration... So I feel that it is not worth it so I din do lor... Mod engine veli headache one, everything must be balance so u mod engine, carb pun kena change later piston kena change later valve kena change later valve spring kena change later connecting rod kena change and blah blahhh, and life span of ur engine is the main problem... T-T
