I approached Sean yesterday to make an appointment for my myvi car tint. He replied immediately with his great initiative and explanation. An appointment was made today 2pm.

When I reach the outlet at Old Klang Road, Song (Sean's staff) greeted me and explained more about the details in the choices I have. After I made up my mind, he told me the car tint will be done in 2 hours, so he brought me to a customer lounge, which is located on one floor above the outlet. The lounge is equipped properly with air conditioned, tv, comfortable couch, and different kinds of tables/chairs.

The car was ready in less than 1.5hours. The receipt and warranty were professionally sealed in an envelope. His staff reminded me not to whirl down the windows for the next 48 hours. I was surprised that they put the warm reminder stickers in each power window switch. They even replaced my old sticker holding the road tax.

The overall quality and service is top notch. The price is very reasonable too. I find no reason why people wouldn't come over to get their tint done.
